It's official I am below the 200 pound mark! I have noticed that I have the most success when I prioritize my fat intake and make sure I get my 13 cups a day of hydration as well as at least an hour of Audio Trip and/or Beat Saber on the Oculus every day.
I haven't been in the habit of exercising here lately. I had a nasty flu bug hit me and it had me down for about a week. Now I gotta work my way back up on Audio Trip cause I was slaying "Gangnam Style" on cardio mode and I failed miserably the other night but I still got at least 30 minutes before I was exhausted.
I got Audio Trip for my oldest (who is the headset owner btw) so we could add new songs from the Discord channels database of songs. Trust me, its easier that way than adding from a secondary account on the Oculus. I swear by this game cause one evening my heart rate was up to 170 (Fitbit told me that was my peak heart rate and I felt so freaking good about that!) This game makes you sweat and you have fun all at the same time.
I'm also gonna try the boxing app Xavier got, it was making him sweat and he wasn't on it that long either. Anything to keep things fresh! :) That's the thing with Audio Trip, you HAVE to add the songs from Discord, otherwise you get bored quickly once you master the songs.
