2 Ingredient Chaffles

I absolutely love this recipe! If you don't know already, it's a love child between cheese + waffles, hence the name "chaffles". It keeps me full for hours! I like to add some avocado the the middle of two chaffles along with some Everything Bagel seasoning and devour! Try it, you won't regret it!
Other ways to make the most out of chaffles:
* Add bacon pieces to the batter
* Drizzle keto friendly syrup on top
* Pumpkin Pie- add a couple tablespoons of pumpkin puree, a teaspoon of pumpkin spice, a tablespoon of almond flour, and a tablespoon of keto friendly sweetener. When it's done, put a dollop of whipped cream on top
* Add minced garlic to the mix
* Pizza- add chopped up pepperoni and other toppings, mozzarella cheese, a tablespoon of almond flour, a teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and a splash of pizza sauce to the mix.
* Can somebody say a bacon egg and cheese sammich with avocado seasoned with Everything Bagel seasoning? Ummm........yes!!!
* Do a mock grilled cheese sammich with this chaffle. Just an idea, I haven't tried it yet but its worth trying.

* 2 large eggs
* 1 cup finely shredded cheese (your choice here)
* Yummy stuff of choice!
* Cooking spray
1. Preheat waffle iron
2. Mix ingredients
3. Spray waffle iron with cooking spray
4. Pour a bit of the mixture into the waffle iron and cook 2-3 minutes or until golden. Remove and repeat with remaining batter.
NOTE:
* I have a Belgian waffle maker, don't go hog wild like I did the first time I made these and pour most of the batter in it. Or you'll have a monster on your hands LOL!!! Since its bigger than a Dash, let it cook a few minutes longer or to your liking.
