Double Chocolate Fat Bombs


These little rascals are so good! I kinda made this recipe myself, inspired by other fat bomb recipes for reference and they turned out great! In keto, everybody knows the importance of fat intake and fat bombs help you reach your macros. My heart shaped fat bombs are little so I can have a few of them for a snack here or there. Another plus is that they are easy to make with only 3 ingredients. 

I haven't posted many pictures on how to do all this but I will soon.

Equipment you will need


Glass Measuring Cup
Pyrex Measuring Cup
​Coconut Oil
Coconut Oil
​Whisk
Whisks
Premier Protein Powder (Chocolate)
Premier Protein Powder in Chocolate
​Lily's Sugar Free Baking Chocolate Chips
Lily's sugar free baking chocolate chips
Silicone Molds (Extra bonus: These are Star Wars shapes!) 
Silicone Molds

Ingredients:
* 1/2 cup coconut oil 
* 1 scoop protein powder
* 1/4 cup Lily's sugar free chocolate chips

​Directions:
1. Put your coconut oil into the measuring cup. Microwave in 30 second increments until melted.
2. Add your protein powder and chocolate chips to the cup. Microwave every 30 seconds, stirring with a whisk in between, until completely melted and mixed. 
3. Pour into your silicone molds and pop into freezer until hardened. Store fat bombs in fridge to keep them from melting.
